Job Summary

Sias Corporate Investment Banking & Capital Market team partners with our clients to address strategic regulatory and operational challenges across the deal lifecycle. We support clients in navigating market volatility evolving regulatory expectations and increasing pressure to deliver faster more efficient and more transparent execution.

Our teams bring deep expertise across front-to-back investment banking and capital markets operations including trading and sales risk and capital management regulatory reporting post-trade processing and technology and data transformation. By combining industry insight with hands-on delivery Sia helps clients strengthen controls optimize operating models and drive sustainable growth in a dynamic global markets environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with client teams to analyze evaluate and enhance clients Corporate and Investment Banking/Capital Markets businesses 

  • Advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions 

  • Provide PM/BA support to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders around upcoming or existing regulatory changes capital markets product offerings and business enhancements  

  • Manage product deliverables and effectively liaison between front office middle office back office and other supporting functions  

  • Present findings and recommendations to client leadership  

  • Track project level risk issues and dependencies and face off with key stakeholders  

  • An ability to transform your domain knowledge and project experiences into published content for Sia Insights  

  • Continue to upskill on industry trends and emerging technologies including AI and leverage Sias tools and other innovative applications to service client needs 

  • Assist stakeholders by evaluating existing operating models designing current and future process flows and developing Target Operating Models   


Qualifications :

  • 3 years of Capital Markets experience within Fixed Income Equities Foreign Exchange derivatives product areas including an overall understanding of the trade lifecycle processes  

  • 1 years of recent client-facing management consulting experience  

  • Bachelors degree required preferably in a Business or related field (Masters preferred) 

  • Strong Understanding of Financial Services  

  • Experience in facilitating client interview sessions including preparing materials documenting feedback and input analyzing client data and recommending solutions or business enhancements 

  • Understanding of the US and global regulatory landscape within financial services  

  • Working knowledge of multiple project/program management methodologies including but not limited to Agile and Waterfall  

  • Must have the ability to quickly learn and conduct independent research; will need to apply new knowledge to own analysis and team management responsibilities  

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adhere to tight deadlines  

  • Strong interpersonal skills written & verbal communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders  

  • Microsoft office suite (Excel PowerPoint Project Visio etc.)

Office Workplace Guidelines 

Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client business and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locationsNew York City Charlotte Seattle and San Franciscoare expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
