Care Professional Ruddington (Part-Time)

Home Instead East Nottingham is currently recruiting Part-Time Care Professionals with the main demand in the Ruddington area. While most calls will be local to Ruddington travel to other areas may be required.

You will provide high-quality care and companionship to clients in their own homes including:

• Offering companionship and engaging in conversation

• Stimulating and encouraging clients through activities such as hobbies crafts and clothing selection

• Monitoring diet and eating (where required)

• Assisting with personal care including bathing dressing grooming continence care and eating and drinking

• Providing medication reminders and administering medication

• Supporting mobility including assistance with walking

• Accompanying clients to appointments social events and outings

• Providing dementia and Alzheimers care

• Offering respite and convalescence care

• Running errands collecting prescriptions and helping with shopping

• Helping with travel arrangements and overseeing deliveries

• Performing light housekeeping tasks

• Planning preparing and clearing away meals

• Assisting with pet care and supervising home maintenance

Essential requirements:

• A full UK driving licence with access to your own car

• Class 1 business insurance

• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check

Additional Information :
