As part of the Global Content Creators team in Ubisofts Marketing department you will participate in the development of technological solutions tools and strategic processes aimed at optimizing our operations and campaigns with content creators and influencers. At the intersection of marketing and technology this position will allow you to work on a large-scale project in a highly dynamic international environment: you will be in regular contact with the central team based in Ubisofts Paris and San Francisco offices and will collaborate with local influencer managers in 20 locations around the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project management
- Participate in project meetings and help track conversations deadlines the development roadmap and deliverables (e.g. building presentations reports post-mortems etc.).
- Learn to identify minor issues in a large-scale project formulate marketing needs and recommendations to be communicated to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular newsletters on the progress of the project for the team and other departments.
Facilitate internal operations
- Explore approaches to communicate and interact effectively with the management teams of creators from 20 sites around the world in order to share the latest information and gather feedback ideas and impressions.
- Conduct user research and provide support to internal and external end users (e.g. satisfaction surveys workshops user testing etc.).
- Contribute to updating documentation that compiles internal knowledge.
Analysis and monitoring
- Monitor trends in influencer marketing and campaigns in the video game industry and beyond.
- Assist in creating reports on Ubisoft operations involving content creators.
- Perform comparative analyses (e.g. benchmarks market studies) to understand best practices involving content creators.
Qualifications :
- You are a student ideally with some initial experience in influencer marketing digital marketing or project management.
- You are rigorous organized analytical flexible and known for your excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in English (written and oral).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT Excel Word).
