Job Summary

At the heart of our success the Brand Management teams are involved throughout the entire lifecycle of our games and support their release to our fans. They feed into the creative teams thinking with strategic recommendations and design creative and innovative campaigns to spark emotion in our players.

In this context we are recruiting several Brand Manager Assistant interns for various Ubisoft licenses (games in development launch or live). Regardless of the game you will assist a Brand Manager. More specifically your tasks will be as follows:

 

Strategy analysis and monitoring:

  • Participating in the implementation of the international marketing strategy defined upstream during the planning period before and after the launch of the games.
  • Developing competitive monitoring and benchmarks.

 

Marketing campaigns & content creation: 

  • Participating in the operational implementation of communication campaigns:
  • Management of asset creation (trailers artwork etc.)
  • Monitoring of translation/localization processes
  • Management of communication tools (emailing social media website media kits etc.)
  • Coordination of creative agencies etc.

 

Coordination & cross-functional projects:

  • Coordination of local team launch plans:
  • Distribution of marketing materials (online and offline)
  • Monitoring of launch plans
  • Primary point of contact for information retrieval and exchange
  • Coordinating tasks and content with various departments (web production social media communications & PR CRM content creation etc.)
  • Monitoring partnerships aimed at developing the brand in different markets
  • Working closely with your manager you will ensure that information is shared and pooled with all stakeholders.

This list is not exhaustive; your duties will vary depending on the game you are working on and its lifecycle.


Qualifications :

  • You are a student with a strong interest in marketing;
  • Ideally you have some initial experience in the entertainment industry;
  • You are interested in the world of video games and the latest news in this field;
  • You want to work in a creative and innovative environment and showcase your potential through challenging assignments that give you responsibility;
  • You are curious and committed have excellent interpersonal skills and strive for excellence;
  • You are independent organized detail-oriented a good team player and demonstrate agility and adaptability;
  • You have a very good level of spoken and written English;
  • You are proficient in Office: Excel PowerPoint and ideally have knowledge of Photoshop and AdobePremiere;
  • A good understanding of gaming may be required for certain positions.

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft

From your very first days you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!

Once you are autonomous your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
