Job Summary
- Lead endtoend project delivery ensuring alignment with luxury hospitality standards sustainability goals and brand requirements.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams across design construction procurement operations and consultants to ensure coordinated execution.
- Manage project scope budget and schedule ensuring milestones are met and financial controls are maintained.
- Drive stakeholder engagement including owners operators authorities consultants and contractors ensuring clear communication and timely decisionmaking.
- Ensure quality assurance and risk management proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to safeguard project outcomes.
- Uphold compliance with local regulations safety standards and environmental sustainability commitments.
- Report project status through structured progress updates risk assessments and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in high-end hospitality
- Proven track record in managing luxury hotel projects
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of local authority and hotel pre-opening requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera etc)
