About the Role
Were looking for an International Product Manager to join our Product Management team and lead our product portfolio strategy for a given segment within the residential AC Business. In this role youll shape the product roadmap drive innovation and ensure our portfolio meets customer needs across diverse markets including Asia Europe and Americas.
What Youll Do
- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Define and execute product strategies for Boschs Home Comfort RAC Portfolio Segment (e.g. Super Mass Residential AC).
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: concept development launch and end-of-life.
- Ensure alignment with Boschs global roadmap and regional market needs working with national product managers
- Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into product features.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position products effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering manufacturing and supply chain teams.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure requirement collection market understanding and translating them to product requirements and platform requirements.
- Execution and Delivery
- Manage Roadmaps and Prioritize Resources and Projects
- Monitor KPIs and adjust Product Roadmaps based on performance
- Be the Voice of the Customer in the Project Execution
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering business or related field (MBA preferred for senior roles).
- Senior PM: 815 years with proven track record in product strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into product strategy.
- Excellent collaboration skills across engineering manufacturing marketing and sales teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proactive goal- and solution-oriented responsible and technically minded
- Familiarity with HVAC/energy systems is a plus
