Job Summary

  • Provide administrative and technical support to the Team Coordinator within the assigned specialty overseeing the design and execution of works.
  • Review and verify technical documentation including designs for authorization/demolition technical execution designs execution details calculation reports and other design documents prepared by the Contractor.
  • Coordinate with designers to ensure alignment between the Technical Design Execution Details and actual site conditions.
  • Process Payment Certificates in coordination with quality quantity measurement testing experts and Site Supervisors; verify measurements and payments based on on-site data and contract provisions.
  • Assist the Team Coordinator in the interpretation and administration of the design and works execution contract.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Team Coordinator as requested by the Contracting Authority covering physical progress contractual status and financial performance of the project.
  • Support the Team Coordinator in the analysis of Contractor claims and proposals and contribute to the preparation of recommendations and decisions.
  • Collaborate with K2 Experts and Site Supervisors to ensure a consistent and standardized approach to measurement and evaluation of interim and final payments.
  • Verify technical designs and execution details against actual site conditions for the managed specialties in compliance with the executed works contract.
  • Supervise construction works related to the railway superstructure specialty.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the Quality Assurance system throughout the execution of works.
  • Ensure that certified and compliant materials are used during construction in accordance with approved execution details.
  • Prepare reports for each works acceptance allocating accepted works to existing or newly created fixed assets within the project.
  • Coordinate specialty works with related works under other construction contracts within the project area.
  • Organize and manage project implementation within the area under direct supervision.
  • Participate in the acceptance and handover of specialty works.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Higher education in construction
  • Specialized knowledge in the field of construction materials and execution technologies
  • Seniority: Minimum 5 years of experience
  • PC operation skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Strong communication skills; ability to analyze and synthesize information; decision-making capability
  • Flexibility and adaptability including the ability to work under stress and extended hours and to manage priorities and risks at a fast pace
  • Ability to assume responsibilities and maintain confidentiality
