This position is part the Finance team that supports the Value Added Services organization which plays a key role in managing client relationships and is comprised of global regional and in-market teams. The Finance team collaborates with business leadership and drives financial planning monthly reporting on performance and financial advisory for key decisions. We engage in operational business partnerships to drive strategic and financial thought leadership and to successfully complete financial planning processes such as budgeting/actuals long term growth models and inform prioritization of investment.
Financial Management:
- Drive core financial activities for the North America Value-Added Services business including annual planning quarterly outlooks business reviews monthly rolling forecasts multi-year planning and month-end reporting and analytics.
- Deliver actionable driver-based insights and forward-looking analysis to senior leadership and executive teams enabling informed decision-making.
- Identify key business levers and recommend strategies to enhance financial performance optimize margins and mitigate risks while evaluating opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Build scalable processes and strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities across diverse portfolios and product lines.
Project Management:
- Provide strategic decision support on investments projects and organizational initiatives.
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency streamline deliverables and drive operational excellence.
- Champion high-impact ad-hoc projects aimed at improving team and organizational performance.
Strategic Partnership:
- Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and Strategy & Ops teams to align on reporting needs and deliver robust financial support across revenue expense and headcount planning.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of business priorities product offerings market dynamics and key performance drivers.
- Develop compelling business cases to support investments go-to-market strategies and new service launches.
- Leverage trends and patterns to produce accurate forecasts applying sound judgment and business acumen.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assess pipeline health pricing strategies and growth opportunities for products and services.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Proven experience in advanced financial modeling (Microsoft Excel).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. Ability to build scalable user-friendly dashboards.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills with demonstrated ability to structure and interpret financial data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
- Operates independently with sound business judgment especially in ambiguous environments.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to build credibility across global and regional functions.
- Prior experience in FP&A investment banking consulting or corporate strategy.
- Strategic thinker with deep business acumen and understanding of the payments industry.
- Experience with complex financial systems (e.g. Hyperion GARP GEAR).
