Job Summary

WHAT YOULL DO:
- Monitor patients conditions and assess their needs
- Provide 1:1 nursing care per individualized care plans
- Administer medications treatments and injections per physicians orders
- Document care accurately in patient charts
- Educate patients and their families on healthy habits medications and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians family members and care teams
- Maintain strict hygiene safety and health protocols during home visits
- Be ready to respond with sound clinical judgment in emergency situations
- Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with patients and families
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
- Active RN license in Hawaii
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (home health preferred)
- Excellent clinical communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field-based assignments
- Compassionate patient-focused and reliable
- Strong understanding of health and safety guidelines emergency care and nursing procedures
- BSc or diploma from an accredited nursing program
