About the Role
As a Kitchen / Dietary Aide you will play a vital role in supporting resident health comfort and well-being through food service and kitchen support. This position assists with food preparation meal service sanitation and dietary compliance while working closely with kitchen staff to maintain a clean safe and organized dining environment. The role is well suited for dependable service-oriented individuals who enjoy meaningful work in a supportive senior living setting.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation primarily cold foods such as salads desserts and beverages

Ensure adherence to dietary restrictions physician-ordered diets and resident preferences

Support tray-line operations and serve meals to residents with courtesy and professionalism

Assist with dishwashing and maintaining sanitation standards

Maintain a clean safe and organized kitchen and dining environment

Support infection control and proper food-handling practices
Requirements

Entry-level candidates welcome; food service or dietary experience is a plus

Ability to follow food preparation and safety instructions

Willingness to learn food safety and infection-control practices

Friendly respectful and resident-focused demeanor

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
