Overview:
The Senior Consultant Managed Services (Technical) is responsible for the technical ownership of customer environments under managed service contracts. This role requires strong hands-on expertise the ability to engage directly with clients and accountability for service quality stability and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Act as primary technical contact for managed services clients; participate in client meetings and service reviews.
Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide guidance on upgrades and risk mitigation.
Own operational health of client environments; resolve complex incidents and escalations per ITSM & SLAs.
Design implement and support on-prem cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
Administer Windows Server Active Directory Azure and Microsoft 365.
Review and approve technical changes; support major incident management.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous service improvement and documentation.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Managed Services / IT Consulting.
Expertise in Windows Server AD DNS DHCP GPO.
Hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
Solid networking security fundamentals and ITSM tools knowledge.
Desirable
Hybrid cloud PowerShell/automation security (MFA Conditional Access) ITIL exposure.
Experience & Qualifications
58 years IT experience; 3 years in Managed Services/Consulting.
Client-facing experience required; certifications are a plus
