About the Role:
The Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating and executing the clients day-to-day operations. This role acts as the main operational interface with senior leadership ensuring that internal workflows administrative processes and support functions run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee daily business operations
- Execute operational processes defined by the client
- Coordinate across administrative finance sales support and client onboarding functions
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact with the CEO
- Ensure consistency efficiency and follow-through across operational workflows
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations business administration or process management
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable coordinating multiple operational functions simultaneously
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
