As a Working Student in People & Culture at OceanScore you support the operational foundation of our People function and contribute to a smooth employee experience. You assist with People & Culture initiatives that strengthen collaboration and engagement across the company.
You support core People Operations by maintaining employee data and HR documentation assisting with administrative processes and helping coordinate onboarding and offboarding including IT setup and cross-team communication for new joiners globally. Based in our Hamburg office you also support local office operations.
Your time investment: 15-20 hours per week
Your Key Responsibilities
People & Culture Projects: You assist with diverse People & Culture projects and contribute to global cultural initiatives such as organising our Global Meetings or driving team engagement through organising afterwork sessions.
People Operations: You maintain the employee records and documentation in our system FactorialHR support contract administration and help build lean and efficient people operations as we scale.
Onboarding & IT: You execute and design end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes including IT setup (hardware tools access rights) and coordination and communication with internal teams to ensure a smooth start for our global new joiners.
Office Management: Support day-to-day office operations at our Hamburg office and support with global Office Management initiatives where needed.
What You Bring
You are enrolled in Business Administration HR Psychology Social Sciences or a related field (preferably Masters Degree).
You have previous experience (min. 6 months) in an administrative or People & Culture function.
You possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
You are fluent and comfortable in German and English Portuguese is a plus.
