Job Summary
Your mission
- User management in a heterogeneous software landscape
- Device Management (inventory patch management configuration)
- Processing support requests (Level 1 2 and 3 support - editing depending on knowledge level)
- Participation in infrastructure projects (distribution cloud and network technology)
- Participation in development projects (security internal applications Interfaces)
Your profile
- Analytical thinking
- Good Technical understanding
- Good Knowledge of MacOS
- Team skills and self-initiative
- Good communication skills in English
- Ideally own experience in the IT field
