Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forassuring all roads and grounds equipment is kept operational and assigned areas are maintained in a neat and clean condition in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. Responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms and associate fixtures.
3. Desk desks bookshelves cabinets and other office furniture where assigned.
4. Collect and dispose of all trash litter and other debris.
5. Maintain center appearance and grounds by cleaning weeding mowing trimming sprinkling fertilizing reseeding or planting Maintain all trees and shrubs.
6. Perform a perpetual preventive maintenance inspection.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must understand basic cleaning compounds waxes polishes disinfects etc. and their proper applications.
• Previous experience as a custodian preferred.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
