Could you be the full-time VIE SBR Service Project Support in Hennigsdorf were looking for

Your future role :

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

Youll play a key role in ensuring the efficient execution and delivery of projects. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering operations and customer relations) establish and manage reporting tools and much more.

Youll specifically take care of building and updating a Project Reporting Tool but also contribute to maintaining the Risk and Opportunity Database.

Well look to you for:

  • Establishing a Project Reporting Tool

  • Updating the Project Management Plan

  • Following up on timely project delivery

  • Providing an updated schedule situation highlighting gaps between actual and baseline

  • Preparing schedule and progress reports for customers lead units or partners

  • Applying the Project Schedule Process

  • Generating monthly and weekly reports

  • Driving and maintaining the continuous progress of updating the Risk and Opportunity Database

  • Degree in Project Management Engineering or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of project reporting and scheduling processes

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

  • Familiarity with risk and opportunity analysis

  • A certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel MS Project or similar software
