They are currently scaling their digital capabilities and are looking for a senior technical expert to drive the architecture and development of their business-critical applications. Performance Objectives for Year One:

Architect and Deploy Scalable Solutions: Within the first year successfully design build and deploy robust Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps that replace legacy processes ensuring high user adoption and system stability.
Engineer Complex Integrations: Lead the architecture and implementation of seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 Power Platform and external systems (via Azure Functions Logic Apps and REST APIs) to eliminate data silos and ensure data integrity across the enterprise.
Establish ALM Best Practices: Audit and re-engineer the current development lifecycle processes. Within 6 months implement a fully functional CI/CD pipeline and ALM strategy using Azure DevOps to reduce deployment errors and increase release velocity.
Elevate Technical Capability via Mentorship: Actively mentor junior developers and team members. By the end of year one establish a culture of code quality and best practices evidenced by a measurable reduction in code review rework and improved team velocity.
Optimize Dynamics 365 Customizations: Review and refactor existing Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) customizations. Deliver highly optimized C# plugins and JavaScript extensions that improve system performance and user experience.
