The Sr Director Digital Operations is a key leader within Nikes EMEA Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) organization. The role partners closely with Merchandising Planning Finance Digital Experience Digital Commerce Digital Supply Chain Marketing Integrated Media Global Nike Digital teams and Technology partners. They will lead a team of 120 employees and collaborate with senior leadership across Nikes digital ecosystem.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON
You will lead the EMEA Digital Operations team to ensure frictionless premium digital consumer experiences across Nikes full digital ecosystem. Youll orchestrate cross-functional operations optimize processes and elevate Nikes digital service excellence.
In this role you will:
- Lead Digital Operations across platform management marketing content operations digital merchandising pricing thirdparty vendor management connected inventory customization and returns & payment operations.
- Oversee 120 employees driving 365-day seamless execution across the Nike App SNKRS NRC/NTC.
- Ensure excellence in Consumer Services representing the Voice of the Consumer and driving contact reduction.
- Own digital incident management: identifying resolving and preventing disruptions to consumer experience.
- Lead Nikes evolution toward scalable digital fraud protection solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of innovation ownership and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with global teams to deliver digital transformation programs and complex capability builds.
