Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an MDU Account Manager. This is a high-impact role for a strategic hunter who excels at forging deep partnerships and driving revenue growth with the Multi-Dwelling Units Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively building and managing a portfolio of key property management companies and individual owners. They will negotiate and secure long-term bulk service and right-of-entry agreements ensuring exclusive access and maximizing market penetration to drive revenue growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify growth opportunities within our communities for MDU sales through marketing relationships and/or bulk sales.
  • Execute events conduct MDU tenant and building manager training sessions and product demos.
  • Distribute flyers door hangers in MDUs.
  • Liaise with marketing sales & products to ensure proper sales support for MDUs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve and exceed sales quota for bulk and individual tenant sales.
  • Proactively identify negotiate and secure new bulk service agreements.
  • Collaborate with property management to facilitate on-site resident events lease-up promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of our services among residents through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle including renewals renegotiations and amendments for an existing portfolio of properties.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to understand competitor offerings pricing and tactics within the MDU space.
  • Regularly review the performance of your assigned portfolios with relevant partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain at-risk properties.


What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales with a preference for telecom real estate or hospitality sales.
  • Previous outside sales experience is an asset.
  • A bachelors degree in any field but with emphasis on marketing business administration sales or related fields.
  • Prior telecommunication experience is an asset.
  • Prior experience with property owners developers resident managers an asset.
  • Proven experience in negotiating complex high-value contracts and consistently surpassing sales quotas.
  • Good executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and senior property decision-makers.
  • Excellent understanding of complex sales cycle.
  • A relationship-building architect who thrives on owning their territory and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality capable of both identifying new opportunities and cultivating existing relationships for maximum growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Able to build compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for property owners.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and able to follow structured processes.
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.


Other Requirement:

  • A valid drivers license with clear driving record.
