We are looking for an experienced and highly-driven Director of Commercial Sales to provide day-to-day management as well as strategic leadership to a team of Commercial Net New Account Executives. Their primary focus will be to develop and execute operational strategies to ensure their team meets and/or exceeds their monthly quarterly and annual quotas.
Key Requirements:
- Recruit coach train and develop a growing and energetic team of talented Net New Sales professionals ensuring all business processes policies and work practices are followed to the highest standards.
- Delivering and communicating ROI for our prospects throughout the sales process
- Assist team on identifying qualifying and closing prospects along with overcoming objections through consultative approach.
- Quarterbacking experiences by various cross-functional teams at Five9 on behalf of the prospect.
- Develop and apply an understanding of Five9s products services sales methodology and support processes while working sales opportunities.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Key Skills:
- 3 years of experience in Sales
- Strong knowledge of software (SaaS) sales preferred
- Outstanding leadership skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative management environment where decisions are made through brainstorming and discussion
- Ability to attract hire retain and promote top talent and demonstrable track record of successful team building
- Ability to discuss understand and work within complex projects and processes
- Able to analyze trends understand metrics and present to upper management Strong team player capable of working collaboratively across a number of functions
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
