Job Title: Business Development Manager – Textile Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the textile industry to drive business growth develop key accounts and expand market presence. The role requires strong industry knowledge client relationship management and proven success in generating revenue through B2B and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in textiles garments uniforms and institutional contracts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate government and key B2B clients

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation and contract closure

  • Coordinate with production merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met

  • Prepare and present commercial proposals tenders and pricing strategies

  • Conduct market research to track competitors trends and customer needs

  • Negotiate contracts pricing and long-term agreements

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts pipelines and reports for management

  • Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and client meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing Textiles or a related field

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the textile or garment industry

  • Strong understanding of textile products production capabilities and costing

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets

  • Experience handling government corporate and large-volume clients

  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills

  • GCC / Qatar market experience preferred

  • Valid driving license is an advantage
