Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the textile industry to oversee and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations. The role requires strong leadership production planning expertise cost control and quality assurance to ensure efficient and timely delivery while maintaining high industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of textile manufacturing including production planning quality maintenance and logistics
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity efficiency and cost optimization
Ensure production targets are achieved in line with delivery schedules and quality standards
Monitor fabric sourcing cutting stitching finishing and packing processes
Manage and lead production teams supervisors and department heads
Ensure compliance with HSE ISO and company quality standards
Control operational budgets wastage and manpower efficiency
Coordinate with merchandising procurement and sales teams
Analyze KPIs prepare operational reports and present improvements to management
Handle vendor and subcontractor coordination when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Production Management or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of experience in textile or garment manufacturing operations
Strong knowledge of textile production processes and workflow management
Proven experience in factory operations manpower planning and process improvement
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in ERP systems and production planning tools is an advantage
GCC / Qatar experience preferred
