As an Operations Generalist you will play a pivotal role in scaling a high-growth AI startup founded by fintech pioneers. You will manage diverse cross-functional projects ranging from internal process optimization to customer-facing delivery. What you will do:

• Design and implement scalable internal processes across finance legal and human resources to support rapid growth.

• Coordinate closely with AI Delivery Leads and engineers to streamline the deployment of AI agents for enterprise clients.

• Manage vendor relationships and office operations to ensure the team has the infrastructure needed to maintain high velocity.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced operations role at a high-growth startup or top-tier technology firm.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and execute on complex multi-disciplinary projects.

• Strong communication skills and the operational mindset required to build systems that scale within regulated financial environments.
