Founding Engineer

Job Description:
As the first engineering hire you will build AI agents that automate complex data reasoning for enterprise industries. You will own features end-to-end across AI orchestration data engineering and multi-tenant infrastructure. This is a high-autonomy role designed for an exceptional engineer ready to shape the technical foundation of a next-generation intelligence platform.

What you will do:

Build and deploy production-grade LLM orchestration frameworks and evaluation loops using Python and TypeScript.
Design scalable data pipelines and medallion architecture to ingest and transform heterogeneous data sources.
Architect secure multi-tenant cloud infrastructure and manage end-to-end feature delivery for enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate:

Proven track record of building and shipping real products with a high bias for action and speed.
Proficiency in TypeScript/React and Python with a mastery of modern AI coding tools to maximize output.
Comfortable with ambiguity and a 6-day startup work cycle in a fast-paced high-accountability environment.
