The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and passionate 2IC Practice Coordinator to join Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care. This full-time role works across a 4-day week with a Tuesday RDO offering stability and the opportunity to work closely with our Practice Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice.
As the 2IC you will play a key leadership role supporting the team stepping in when required and contributing to exceptional patient experiences team engagement and operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced dental professional ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
About You
You are a motivated and capable dental professional who enjoys supporting both people and processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident stepping into a leadership role when needed.
You will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a dental practice including reception experience
- Exposure to team leadership mentoring or acting-in-charge responsibilities
- A strong understanding of infection control standards and compliance
- A confident positive and approachable communication style
- The ability to build trusting relationships with patients clinicians and support staff
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting holistic health outcomes
