The Role

Join our team as a Full-Time Receptionist at Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care! As the welcoming face of our practice youll manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional customer service ensuring every patient enjoys a positive and seamless experience. Youll work your full-time hours across four days per week supporting our multidisciplinary team of Dentists Therapists and Holistic Health Professionals in our vibrant 4-chair practice.

About You

You will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences. To succeed in this role youll need:

Valid Australian work rights.
Dental reception experience (essential).
Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software.
Strong attention to detail particularly with infection control protocols.
A confident energetic approach with the ability to build trust with patients.
Passion for delivering the best care to our growing patient base.
