What you Need to Know:

Responsible for all tasks associated with the entry and maintenance of equipment files using the computerized maintenance management system. Maintain electronic and hard copy records. Provide supportdevelopmentand/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable FederalStateand local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for computerized maintenance managementsystem including all electronic entry and physical documents relating to equipment. Ensureaccurateandtimelyentry of all equipment information. Maintain equipment filesarchiveand retrieve records. Generate distribute reconcile and analyze reports.Assistin the development of management reportsregardingstatistical process control. Track the status and completion of all work orders. Serve as subject matter expert for computerized maintenance managementsystem.

  • Initiate corrective and preventativemaintenancework orders anddistributetoappropriate areas. Responsible for preventive maintenance scheduling. Establish and adjust PM mastersfor individual pieces ofequipment.Responsiblefor approval process for new and existing equipment

  • Develop documents in support ofequipmentmanagement department. Documentsinclude:qualification protocols job plans and procedural documents.

  • Provide training and mentoring.

  • May perform limited equipment maintenance activities. Perform other related duties as necessary to support organizationalregionaland departmental business and quality goals.

Standard Schedule:$ 28 an hour

Pay Information:Mon - Friday 8:30 - 5pm some weekends will be required as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: High School or equivalent required

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • Management Experience: N/A

  • Skills & Abilities: Good math verbal and written communication skills.Considerable knowledge of computer office products word processing spreadsheet database and presentation applications; proficient in MS Office software applications (Word Excel Access). Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.Meet milestones and deadlines appropriately.Must protect the confidentiality of sensitive information in the department.Ability to work on a team.

Physical Requirements:Regularly required to use hands to finger handle or feelreach withhands andarmsand talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbsfrequentlyand unassisted. Frequently required to stand walk stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilitiesfor this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depthperceptionand ability to adjust and focus.Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools and work with a variety of chemicals and solvents.Position may requireclimbing ofladders for top-levelselection. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depthperceptionand ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e.businessofficewith computers phones and printerslight traffic).The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle andhave the ability tosit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Workinextreme temperatures forshortduration.
