Location: Kansas City MO - Near KCI!
Wage:$19.00/Hour
Available Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift

What You Can Expect:
Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
Loss prevention / asset protection.
Conduct patrols inside / outside the clients premises potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
Provide detailed report writing.
Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
Basic Requirements:
18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma GED OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
Intermediate computer / technology skills needed.
Customer service background preferred.
Security Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner.
Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who can provide outstanding customer service control access for patrons visitors or vendors as required monitor CCTV and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
