Title: Program Director - Behavioral Health Inpatient
Salary: Up to $110000
Location: Cushing OK (Onsite)
Licensure: Must have RN license must have psych/behavioral health experience

As PMCs Inpatient Program Director your focus will be on the 3Cs; Care Community and Compliance.
- Care: Lead manage and collaborate with a small interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.
- Community: Energetically lead implement and deliver community education on inpatient unit to facility staff local medical facilities and community members through presentations events and one-on-one conversations.
- Compliance: Oversee operations Behavioral Health Unit focusing on Care Community and Compliance.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of OK required
- Basic computer knowledge required
- BLS required
- Experience working in psychiatric behavioral health - required
- Five years Management experience - preferred
- Handle with Care Training provided
- Masters Degree Nursing - preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- On-site training provided.
