Job Summary
Position Responsibilities:
- Localize and update sales materials (pitch books competitor analysis corporate and fund decks)
- Support fund setup templates and data population for product onboarding
- Assist sales team with client events trainings and fund launches including logistics coordination
- Prepare sales tracking files and analyze retail intermediary sales trends
- Maintain logs (distributor agreements share classes marketing materials)
- Track industry and competitor news
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or Finance
- Able to commit from May - Aug 2026
- Prioritization solution-seeking mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial products preferably with some knowledge of Unit Trusts
