Gestionnaire de clientèle (H/F)
Dans ce rôle vous êtes un maillon essentiel entre nos clients et les équipes internes (Ventes Planification Logistique Production). Vous contribuez activement à lexcellence du service client dans un environnement industriel B2B exigeant.
En tant que Customer Service Representative votre mission principale est dassurer le traitement fiable et ponctuel des commandes et des demandes clients tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes internes afin de garantir une expérience client de haute qualité.
Short Description
Votre nouveau challenge :
- Réception et traitement des commandes clients dans lERP dans le respect des procédures et des délais
- Coordination avec les équipes Ventes Planification et Logistique pour assurer le respect des engagements clients
- Gestion des demandes clients et communication proactive sur létat des commandes
- Enregistrement et suivi des réclamations clients
- Mise à jour des données clients et réalisation de reportings
- Contribution à lamélioration continue des processus et de la qualité de service
Job Purpose
Votre profil pour rejoindre léquipe :
- Bac 3 (ou équivalent) en gestion commerce logistique ou domaine connexe
- Minimum 2 ans dexpérience en service client ou gestion des commandes idéalement en environnement industriel ou B2B
- Maîtrise du français et niveau professionnel en anglais
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service client
- Aisance avec les ERP et les outils bureautiques
- Rigueur esprit déquipe et capacité à gérer les priorités
