Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to promote sell and activate Certified Pre Owned devices (CPOs)accessories and related products
- Test diagnose troubleshoot and repair smartphones and tablets
- Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
- Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand helpful manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right phone or accessories basedon their needs and preferences
- Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive shopping experience
Working hours and locations

Base Hourly Pay: 17$ - 21$
Bonus Pay: Monthly activations bonus
The actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge skills performance and experience.
