Job Summary
MSO Specialist
The Managed Service Organization (MSO) Specialist provides support to the business operations team in coordination with both internal and external vendors contracted with MHMR (My Health My Resources) to provide open enrollment services for MHMR include spreadsheet development and trackingdisseminatingprovider information processing service claim entries and provider support in collaboration with other MHMR departments.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years Experience: One (1) year of clerical experience in a healthcare related setting
Defined Experience: Clerical Customer Service
