POSITION OVERVIEW
Creates andmaintainsmaster data to ensureaccurateandtimelyinput of data in SAP and other auxiliary systems. Provide master data support for assigned projects requiringassistancewith data elements with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes requests for master data needed tofacilitatetransactions.
Ensuresrequests are complete andin accordance withindustry standards and other written guidelines.
Creates and maintains master data in SAP and other applicable software systems.
Assistswith generating ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel Access Business Intelligence (BI)and/or SAP.
Determinesthe effect of changes (such as org structure changes due to mergersacquisitionsand/or dispositions)toexisting master data and completes revisions and updates as.
Mayparticipatein special projects and serve as a knowledge resource related to assigned master data elements.
Develops short-term action plans foraccomplishingwork selectsappropriate workactivities from a range of competing alternatives
Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments anddeterminesolutions
Makesdecisions within defined practices and procedures
Seeksguidance on non-routine tasks and issues from supervisors and more experienced co-workers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree in Accounting Business or related field.
Zero (0) - Two (2) years of related experience
