The Work

Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated strategic solutions to its public andprivate-sectorclients. ICF has theexpertise agility and commitment to design build andoperatehigh-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our clients business.

The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for a government contract ensuring delivery of programobjectives compliance with federal requirements and alignment with agency mission goals. This roleis responsible formanaging scope schedule budget staffing risk and performance while serving as the primary point of contact between the government client and the contractors leadership team.

Job Location: Remote however strong preference for candidates who live in the Washington DC Metro Area. There will be occasional onsite meetings on the client site in Washington DC.

What You Will Do:

Lead program planning execution and deliveryin accordance withgovernment contract requirements milestones and performance standards.

Oversee program operations including staffing task management resource allocation and subcontractor coordination.

Develop andmaintainproject roadmaps plans schedules and performance tracking tools; ensuretimelydelivery of contract deliverables.

Manage program budgets cost controls and financial reporting in alignment with contract guidelines.

Identifyand mitigate risks issues and dependencies that mayimpactprogram success.

Ensure compliance with all federal regulations security requirements and quality standards.

Provide leadership coaching and mentorship to project managers technical leaders and contract staff.

Prepare and deliver program status briefings reports and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership.

What You Will BringWithYou:

Must have an activeTop Secretclearance or higher

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.

10 yrs managing complex IT software development programswithin a federal space

5 yrs managing concurrent Agile initiatives

Active Certified PMP or PMI-ACP
Familiarity with Department of State programs is highly preferred

What We Would Like YouToBringWithYou:

Masters degreein Business Administration Management or related field.

Proficiencyin project management tools and MS Office Suite.

Experience with federal budgeting and procurement processes.

Professional Skills:

Highly effective analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of the business.

Organizeddetailed orientedand able to prioritize and multi-task.
