Were hiring an Entry-Level Helper / Apprentice to support our technicians and learn the trade the right way. This role is designed for someone who wants steady work real skills and a long-term career path in the trades.

Your job is to learn assist and do quality work

What Youll Be Doing

Assisting technicians and carpenters on job sites
Prep work cleanup material handling and jobsite organization
Learning skills in:
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting prep
- Basic repairs
Keeping jobs on schedule and organized
Representing the company professionally in customers homes

Pay Hours & Vehicle Compensation

$18$22 per hour (W-2) depending on experience
Guaranteed weekly hour floor (conditional on availability & performance)
Paid for:
- On-site work
- Job-to-job travel during the workday
- Required meetings and training
Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for:
- Job-to-job travel
- Job-related supply runs
  (Commute to first job and home from last job not reimbursed)
Consistent weekday schedule (MondayFriday)

What Were Looking For

Reliable and punctual
Willing to learn and take direction
Comfortable working on your feet and with your hands
Respectful of tools job sites and customers homes
Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle
Basic tools are a plus (not required)
