Requirements

What Youll Do:

Deliver a welcoming experience for members guests and visitors
Provide information about facility programs and schedules assist guests in registering for activities and direct guests throughout the facility
Monitor visitor access and maintain awareness of facility security
Answer phones respond to inquiries and route calls or messages as needed
Assist with daily facility tasks including cleaning laundry opening/closing duties shift checklists and help support overall department and facility needs
Support event and program setup and breakdown
Receive and organize mail and deliveries
