What Youll Do:
As our Internal Talent Mobility Partner youll shape how people grow develop and move across the Financial Ombudsman Service. Youll design and deliver a clear engaging and supportive internal mobility programme that helps colleagues explore new opportunities build their skills and take meaningful steps in their careers. Sitting within our Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning team youll work across HR colleagues and the wider organisation to ensure our people have real visibility of career pathways and the confidence to navigate their next move.
Youll create flexible processes that make it easier for people to move where their skills are most needed build tools that simplify career development and partner with leaders to understand where mobility can unlock capacity address capability gaps or support developing talent. Everything you do will help us build an agile future-ready workforce one that can respond quickly to changing priorities use skills more dynamically and grow sustainably from within.
