Werelooking for aField Service Development Managerto lead the growth efficiency and quality of our field service this key roleyoulldesign and implement strategies thatenable field service growthenhance service deliveryand create value for our customers.

Whatyoulldo

  • Execute strategies todrivefield servicegrowthand enhance customer experience

  • Drive business development opportunities within fieldservicessuch as spare parts spin-off sales lead generation from FSE reportandmaintenance plan tasks

  • Identifyand implement process improvements to maximize field technician productivity and service efficiencye.g. byutilizingAI capabilitiesand developing training programs

  • Leadandparticipateininitiatives to adopt digital tools (e.g. remote diagnostics@FieldSER Vault).

  • Identifylocally implemented good practices and process / system capabilities and implementthemglobally

  • Developfield servicespecialists role further to enable balance betweenhigh season and low seasonworks

  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.

Whatwerelookingfor

  • MinimumBachelorsdegree in mechanical electrical or industrial engineering business administration or related field (Masterspreferred).

  • 5 years of field service management or development experience in industrial equipment heavy machinery ora related sector.

  • Familiarity with field service management tools CRM systems and remote diagnostics technologies.

  • Proventrack recordof improving service operations and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English isa must!

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Additionalskills:

  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification.

  • Experience with IoT-enabled service solutions for industrial machinery.
