The opportunity:
This role is responsible for building and sustaining a strong Quality and Continuous Improvement culture within the operating unit. It ensures effective Quality Management Systems to meet customer expectations and support sustainable operations while also driving continuous improvement through structured governance prioritization and execution of improvement initiatives.
How youll make an impact:
You will ensure customer satisfaction by evaluating the risks problems and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder point of view and ensure Customer Care Response Process (CCRP) implementation within Operation Unit establish implement maintain and continuously improve applicable Quality Management System identify areas for improvements in interactions with Sales and Global Product Group Management and propose solutions.
You will oversee processes in cooperation with process owners to ensure effective and efficient management of the processes measuring with appropriate process metrics ensure effective change management processes are established and followed within the Operation Unit including change in product features design processes suppliers materials or customer specifications.
You will ensure right process and tools are in place for documentation and all the relevant documents (e.g. quality procedures work instructions specifications etc.) are accurate and up to date perform audits and ensure the use of analytics of Quality data from all parts of the operation to identify risks failures and non-conformances within the Operating Unit its suppliers and customers ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken and solutions are managed to closure.
You will establish and maintain measurement capability and performance indicators work with local management teams to prevent mistakes and defects in products and avoid problems when delivering projects solutions or services to customers utilize requirements management establish processes and manage them to deliver consistent results minimizing variation and maximizing collaboration with SCM function you will ensure that OUs suppliers are qualified monitor and control supply performance against expectations and take actions when the performance deviates from expectations ensure that Cost of Pour Quality (COPQ) metrics are registered and managed according to established rules.
You will deploy and implement sustainably the Continuous Improvement Framework built upon: Lean Tools and system L6S Ochibo-Hiroi and Lessons Learned / Best Practices drive proactively systematic continuous improvement actions to improve business processes and procedures lead to perform Value Stream Mapping with action plan and implement Lean tools to eliminate 8 wastes.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical or related field).
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with Electrician companies or relevant industries.
Knowledge on Quality Tools (FMEA PPAP APQP SPC MSA CAR NCR etc.) on Lean Tool and 6 Sigma and familiar with QMS (Quality Management System) ISO or IATF.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Fluency in English with 600 TOEIC score.
