Job Summary

Spares & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Mackay QLD Full-time MondayFriday

Are you a master organiser with a knack for keeping things moving Nepean Longwall is on the hunt for a Spares & Logistics Coordinator who can run projects manage spares and occasionally chase down the trades in the workshop to keep everything on track.

What youll do

Keep project purchasing spares and repairs running like clockwork.
Monitor suppliers inventory and warranty claims.
Liaise with teams customers and suppliers to solve problems fast.
Occasionally pop into the workshop to get info straight from the trades.
Maintain quality standards and ISO compliance.
Provide after-hours support for emergency parts when needed.

Youre perfect for this if

Youre organised proactive and love juggling multiple priorities.
Youre comfortable moving around the workshop to keep projects flowing.
You have experience in logistics spares or procurement.
Bonus: you know Pronto or similar inventory systems.
