What youll do

• Manage and forecast an annual budget across both capital and operational portfolios
• Coordinate with field teams and partner with vendor contractors across Quebec Ontario and Manitoba to schedule and execute maintenance repair and upgrade work at wireless sites
• Prioritize and action high-impact projects from a larger portfolio of opportunities balancing urgent reactive needs with strategic proactive initiatives
• Track financial performance on a monthly and quarterly basis identifying risks early and developing mitigation plans to absorb unplanned costs
• Collaborate with the implementation team Terrion entity and other key stakeholders to resolve site maintenance responsibilities and ensure seamless network operations
• Analyze historical spend data to identify patterns and opportunities such as replacing frequently failing equipment rather than continuing costly repairs
• Communicate in French and English with internal team members vendors and partners across Eastern Canada to ensure effective coordination and execution

What you bring

• Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or related fields
• 5 years of project management experience with demonstrated success managing budgets in the range of $5-15 million annually
• 3 years of financial management experience including forecasting variance tracking and budget planning
• Fluency in French and English to effectively communicate with team members vendors and partners across Quebec Ontario and Manitoba
• Proven ability to forecast annual spend based on both known commitments and emerging circumstances
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to track multiple projects and financial commitments simultaneously
• Strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and shifting from reactive to proactive problem-solving
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and building effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Great-to-haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or similar project management certification
• Accounting certification or degree in finance business administration or related field
• Experience with AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency in financial tracking and reporting

Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients suppliers candidates external partners etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues internal partners stakeholders etc.) as part of this positions main responsibilities given its national scope.#LI-Remote
