Role Overview

The Technology Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud-based solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure hybrid cloud integration and high-sensitivity data environments.

This role requires deep hands-on architecture experience strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to provide strategic technical guidance while working within Agile and hybrid delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure-based solutions using cloud-native services and architectural best practices

• Lead hybrid cloud integrations between Azure and on-premise systems

• Define and govern Azure identity security networking monitoring data and integration architectures

• Perform technical research options analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with mid-tier and mainframe systems

• Ensure performance optimization cost efficiency and security compliance across Azure environments

• Support architecture governance within Agile and hybrid delivery models

• Collaborate with internal teams external vendors and system integrators

• Lead requirements gathering solution documentation and architecture design sessions

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Cloud & Azure Architecture

• 7 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure

• Strong experience with SaaS PaaS and hybrid cloud architectures

• Proven experience designing Azure solutions covering:

  • Identity & Access Management (Azure AD MFA)

  • Governance security monitoring and networking

  • Data storage and analytics platforms

• Experience implementing Azure best practices for performance scalability and cost optimization

• Experience integrating with Siebel-based systems

• Experience with enterprise COTS platforms including:

  • Siebel CRM (OpenUI)

  • Oracle Customer Hub (MDM)

  • Oracle Policy Automation

  • Oracle DBMS

Data & Database Expertise

• 15 years of experience with enterprise databases

• Strong background in:

  • Database design and data modeling

  • PL/SQL development

  • Performance tuning and optimization

  • Database administration

• Experience architecting solutions for high-sensitivity and regulated data

Architecture & Governance

• Strong experience evaluating risk mitigation strategies for cloud solutions

• Experience designing secure architectures for sensitive data assets

• Proven ability to perform architecture option analysis with cross-functional stakeholders

• Experience supporting Agile delivery through architectural governance

Stakeholder & Delivery Experience

• Strong stakeholder management across:

  • Security and Privacy teams

  • Architecture and CIO offices

  • Program and Portfolio Management

  • Steering committees and senior leadership

• Experience facilitating Agile sessions and working with external vendors and system integrators

• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business-level decisions
