Role Outline

As aCommunications Services Officer you willbe responsibleforprovidingcomprehensive supportforMessaging desktop and server applications ensuring real-time monitoring of message traffic through Messaging duties will include message actioning and distributionuser account management and after-hours notification. Additionally you will provide user training in Messaging applications and manage local accounts tomaintainmessaging capability. To ensure successful coverage across all regions andtime zones you will work in 3-person shifts across 24/ us and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional technology solutions to our clients.

This role requires a mandatory NV2 AGSVA security clearance. Please ensure that youpossessone of these clearances before applying

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Proven experience in aMessaging desktopenvironment performingmessage deliveryand distributionandaccount administration.
• Minimum of3years in supportingMessagingsupport environment
• Experience in the delivery of IT support services with specified KPIs
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on providing customer service with great verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
