You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Senior Program Manager oversees complex enterprise-wide programs composed of multiple interdependent projects within a department or functional unit. This role ensures program alignment coordination and successful delivery by managing dependencies risks timelines and resources while supporting effective change and benefit realization.
The Senior Program Manager provides leadership across initiatives focused on performance improvement quality enhancement and cost reduction. Key responsibilities include program and project planning serving as the primary liaison among stakeholders coordinating efforts across quality improvement IT analytics and clinical teams supporting documentation and risk adjustment initiatives and facilitating meetings and committee activities.
This role provides expert project management support by developing and executing project plans coordinating work efforts identifying resource needs and escalating issues as needed. The Senior Program Manager drives people process analytics and technology changes required to execute program strategy and works collaboratively with other JHM strategic initiatives to ensure alignment and integration.
Education:
A Bachelors Degree in Business in Health Administration Project Management or related degree is required; a Masters Degree is preferred.
Required Licensure Certification On-going Training:
Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification strongly preferred.
Work Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum 44.15/hour - Maximum 70.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
