We have an amazing opportunity for a Sr. Reliability Engineer reporting to the Reliability Manager based at Sloans Headquarters in Franklin this role you will be responsible for quantifying product reliability requirements ensuring reliability is designed into products through best practices and verifying that reliability requirements are met through design analysis and testing. You will also play a key role in championing ISO/IAPMO certification for our labs supporting continuous improvement and compliance across reliability testing operations.

Job & Responsibilities

Accelerates tests to reduce test time and remaining within the limits of the product.

Developing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) processes for new and existing

assets.

Plans tests to determine potential production and safety risks.

Diagnoses asset failures to ensure they dont occur again.

Investigates the cause of a product or system failure and determines how to prevent

it from happening again.

Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelors Degree in engineering reliability fundamentals and application

5 Years Relevant Experience In Reliability Engineering

Ability to use discretion when working with confidential information.

Able to plan organize and schedule individual and group work assignments.

Advanced level experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Advanced level experience working with Microsoft Teams.

Advanced level experience working with Microsoft Word.

Advanced level experience working with data analysis tools.

Advanced level experience working with engineering applications.

Advanced level experience working with enterprise reporting tools.

Analyzes information and uses logic to address work-related issues and problems.

Preferred Qualifications

5 Years Manufacturing industry experience

5 Years ISO Certification

ISO 9001 Lead

ISO Auditor

Reliability Engineer (CRE)

Certified Quality Engineer or Reliability Engineer

Aptitude to streamline processes for improvements in time and or product output.

Basic plumbing knowledge.

Comfortable working in multiple software packages

Compensation:

The compensation range for this U.S.-based position is $101700-$113000 annually.

This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan. The terms and conditions of the company incentive plan will be provided to plan participants on an annual basis.

Our compensation range reflects our good faith estimate of what an ideal candidate can expect but final agreed upon compensation will always be based on the individual candidates experience skills qualifications and other job-related or market factors that may prove relevant during the hiring process.
