Position Overview
The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and agency standards. The therapist will assess patient needs develop individualized plans of care and provide skilled interventions to improve mobility strength function and overall quality of life.
What Youll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualizedPlans of Care (POC)
- PerformSOC Recertifications Evaluations and routine visits
- Implement treatment plans to improve strength ROM flexibility and pain management
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with physicians caregivers and the care team
- Adhere to allBrightStar Care standards safety protocols and regulations
- Travel within an established service radius
- Maintain compliance with alllocal state and federal regulations
What Were Looking For
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license
- Experience withboth adult and pediatric patients
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Kantime experience a plus; training provided)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
