Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned:

- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products tools and procedures
- Duties include sweeping mopping polishing dusting trash removal restroom sanitizing vacuuming moving furniture etc. ipment etc.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Use of proper PPE where required.
- Open and lock facilities enable and disable security systems as required.
- Experience working for a professional janitorial company office complex hotel hospital or school is a plus.
- 1-2 years experience as a custodian janitor or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
- The ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is a must.
- Contribute to the team and work atmosphere with a pleasant attitude by being in uniform reliable dependable and on time.
- Demonstrate respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing walking pushing balancing stooping kneeling crouching twisting reaching overhead & forward.
- Must be able to lift and/or carry 25lbs.
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
