Salary: $75000.00 - $80000.00 (commensurate with experience)
What Youll Do
Youll partner directly with the legal team leaders and departments across the company to support a range of legal and compliance efforts.
Some of your core responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and drafting NDAs vendor contracts and legal documents
Managing contract lifecycles from start to signature and beyond
Supporting regulatory filings license renewals and corporate recordkeeping
Conducting legal research and due diligence
Coordinating meetings filings and day-to-day Legal Department operations
Helping build tools templates and internal processes that keep us running smoothly
What Youll Bring
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelors with a paralegal certificate (ABA-accredited)
12 years of paralegal experience (law firm or corporate legal department)
Strong writing editing and organizational skills
High attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple deadlines
Professional discretion and a team-first mindset

About the Role
The salary grade for this position ranges from $67067.90 - $95221.20 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications the targeted pay range for this role is $75000.00 - $80000 per annum and commensurate with experience.
