Job Summary

Rate:26.00 - 28.00 per hour

What will your responsibilities be
- Assess plan implement and evaluatepatient care to meet the unique needs of each child
- Administer medications treatments and therapiesin accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor patients conditions perform clinical observations and respond appropriately to any changes.
- Communicate effectivelywith children their families and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and compassionate care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives audits and ongoing professional development.
- Promote a positive safe and inclusive environmentthat supports patient recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experiences
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid RCN registration.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and effectively manage patient care.
