What youll be doing
As an integral member of Simplii FinancialsDigital Sales & Distributionteam reporting to the Director Personalization and Optimization the SeniorManager Digital Expansion Digital Sales and Distribution is responsibleforcontributingto projects thatimpactthe business through in-depth analysisrelationshipmanagementand content moderation and project SeniorManageraccelerates performance across our Simplii Financialsales and services teamsworkclosely with cross functional teams and key role applies professional analytical and communication skills toelevatethe momentumandexecution withscaleofstrategic prioritiesthrough trainingwith a focus on deliveringan exceptionalclient and employee experience.

Product backlog-Maintainand prioritize theDigital Sales& Distributionproduct backlog by collaborating with stakeholdersleveraginganalytics and incorporating client feedback to deliver iterative fintech product enhancements that address client needs and achieve businessobjectives. Create user stories and collaborate on product requirements in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts design editorial project managers technicalconsultantsand various members of the product team. Monitor project scope schedule budget and releases and support in creating the best ROI on the development effort with the project manager and technical leads.
Projectdelivery -Lead work packages with complex requirements elicit cooperation from multiple stakeholders manage competing priorities to deliver projects and initiatives within scope on time and within business analysis document current and future state processes. Prepare presentation material and will work with partner groups to plan implement and measure outcomes using business KPIs to support frontline teams.
Stakeholdermanagement -Bea trusted credible advisor and collaborate with leadership teams at all levels including executives.Maintain professionalnetworkswith multiple partners communicate proactively to plan and organize work across stakeholders.
Storytelling:As part of your responsibilities you will present backlog items and strategic intiatives to leadership stakeholders articulatinga clear visionand compelling storyline to drive alignment and support. You will develop and deliver executive-level presentations that effectively communicate priorities progress and recommendations in line with organizational goals. Additionally you willfacilitatediscussions with leadership address feedback and incorporate insights to refine backlog items and ensure that strategicobjectivesare consistently met.
You candemonstrate5 to 8 years of work experiencein product management and digital product leadership preferably within financial services or a related industry.Itsan assetif you have experience withmartechplatformssuch as: BrazeSalesforceMarketing Cloudand AdobeExperience Platform.
You candemonstrate5 to 8 years of work experiencetranslating businessobjectivesinto technical requirements and effectively communicate solutions to technology teams for successful implementation.Itsan assetif you have working knowledge of SQL HTML coding.
